Not exactly something that most people would think of: making their own cheese at home. Don’t know how it is in other places, but in Romania there have been some weird discussions about supermarket cheese, as it would not have been made from actual milk. This makes one wonder.
When I was little my parents never bought cheese from the supermarket. They either bought it from local producers, or they made it themselves. Many times I got to help them make it. So I am sharing with you the recipe, just in case. Maaaaybe you would give it a try just for the fun of it. It is a group activity I tell you.
And the most fun part, could it be other than pouring the hot mixture into the cheese cloth? Nope, that’s it baby!
